Content Restrictions

Introduction

These Content Restrictions are a binding part of Castr Terms of Service. The full Terms of Service, available at https://castr.com/terms/, are included by reference and apply to all video Publishers and/or Distributors (whether individual or collective, referred to as “Publisher” or “you”).

These Content Restrictions apply to any Publisher who provides video streaming through Castr, which includes castr.com, its subdomains, or other domains owned or operated by Castr, as well as any custom domains or URLs used by Publishers with our Services. This includes access through mobile and desktop applications, and OTT TV applications, whether operated by Castr or white-labeled for the Publisher (together called the “Services”). These terms control how you use the Services, including all functions, features, streaming capabilities, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services as provided by Castr Live Streaming, Inc. (the “Company”).

These guidelines prohibit content that violates laws, causes harm, or constitutes abuse, ensuring that our Services remain lawful, professional, and secure for all users. Content that violates these principles compromises the integrity and safety of the Castr platform.

Publisher Responsibility & Compliance

The Company reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these restrictions, with or without prior notice. Serious or repeated violations – including content exploiting minors, terrorism-related materials, or graphic violence – may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Publishers and their authorized representatives are prohibited from uploading, streaming, publishing, or distributing any content via the Services that falls into the following categories:
